Job summary

Harris, operating Cayenta’s CayOps program, seeks an Application Consultant to bridge Operations, R&D and client teams. You will guide clients through processes, train users, and document requirements to enable efficient system use.

Travel up to 25% across North America is required. Strong business analysis and communication skills are essential to deliver successful IT transformations for utility clients.

Qualifications

• Experience translating client needs into system configurations.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work cross-functionally between Operations, R&D and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through CayOps processes to ensure successful adoption of the product.
• Train users on system setup, administration and maintenance.
• Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis and document business processes.
• Coordinate requirements elicitation to align client needs with best practices.
• Own user acceptance testing and change management with stakeholders.
• Create user documentation and handover materials for support teams.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services to clients.
• Support Project Managers with engagement contracts, bottlenecks, and progress updates.
• Ensure on-time delivery of services and efficient use of resources.
