Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an Application Consultant to support our Install Base clients in North America. You will bridge Operations, R&D, and customers, driving IT transformation and acting as product expert and client process advisor through the CayOps program.

The role is remote with travel up to 25% across North America; you will train users, document business processes, and help optimize day-to-day operations while leveraging AI-enabled tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with utility industry processes and CIS workflows.
• Ability to lead requirements elicitation and business process reviews.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through processes to ensure successful solution adoption and provide user training.
• Conduct business analysis including gap analysis and requirements elicitation to align solutions with client needs.
• Own user acceptance testing and change management to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create and handover user documentation to support staff and clients.
