Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking an Application Consultant to support existing clients and transform their operations. You will bridge Operations, R&D, and clients, guiding deployments and training users across the CayOps program.

Ideal candidates have utility process knowledge and strong business-IT collaboration skills, with travel up to 25% within North America. Remote work is supported; passport and travel eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of utility lifecycle and CIS processes is required.
• Ability to liaise between business and IT groups is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within North America is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through processes, training users on setup, admin and maintenance.
• Perform business analysis through gap and root cause analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Configure applications to business needs and best practices.
• Own UAT and change management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Create user documentation and handover materials for support staff.
• Support project managers and escalate bottlenecks; report progress.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and services.
