United Tech is seeking a User Acquisition Manager (In-app Networks) to own and scale campaigns across leading mobile ad networks. You will run experiments, analyze performance, and shape growth strategies to maximize monetization and engagement for our fast-growing live-streaming product.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with creative, analytics, and design teams, own testing structures for creatives and bidding, and report results in regular team reviews. Remote-friendly, US-focused role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Experience launching and managing campaigns on at least one in-app network.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100k.

Responsabilités

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns across in-app networks.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily against CPA, CPI, ROAS.
• Own channel strategy end-to-end with testing structure for creatives and bidding.
• Maintain campaign reporting and share performance updates.
• Collaborate with Creative team on creatives.
• Communicate with network account managers on launches and issues.
