• 10+ years construction equipment sales experience.
• Strong influence and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business and sales acumen; marketing savvy.
• Strong construction equipment knowledge.
• Basic computer skills and web-based sales knowledge.
• Bi-lingual English-French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a used equipment sales strategy for the region.
• Coordinate strategy with regional leaders to implement at branches.
• Create a consistent sales process avoiding low-margin disposal.
• Manage pricing strategy to maximize profitability and meet margin targets.
• Utilize data reports to identify opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Fleet, and Finance.
• Travel up to 25% and be located near a major airport.
