Pathward is seeking an experienced Closing Specialist to act as the primary point of contact through USDA loan closings. You will coordinate with borrowers, guarantors, counsel, brokers, title companies, and USDA reps to ensure timely funding.

• Manage USDA loan closings from approval through funding, ensuring compliance with program requirements and internal policies.
• Identify, collect, review, and validate all closing documentation including eligibility, environmental, appraisal, collateral, and guarantee-related items.
• Coordinate with internal partners to facilitate timely closings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and finalize loan documentation with counsel to satisfy closing conditions and USDA requirements.
• Monitor timelines, identify delays, and drive actions to ensure closings occur within SLAs.
• Review approvals and commitment terms to ensure accurate closing documents reflect approved credit.
