The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC. seeks a Remote USCIS Case Assistant VA to support its immigration department.

You will report to the Legal Supervisor and contribute to client service, case management, and filing tasks to assist clients seeking to adjust their status. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years immigration law experience, familiarity with I-485 documents, and is proficient with case management software.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience.
• Knowledge of providing necessary documents, such as Form I-485.
• Experience with Case Management Software.

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC. The is looking for a Remote USCIS Case Assistant VA to join our growing USCIS immigration department. You will report directly to the Legal Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and case management skills. We're looking for someone with knowledge of client support, and legal research tasks to help facilitate the process for clients seeking to adjust their immigration status to lawful permanent resident, This legal assistant will participate in all aspects of our cases, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review, analysis, preparation and filing of applications and petitions.
