Job summary

Ibex Medical Analytics is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the end-to-end customer relationship for healthcare IT solutions. You will lead onboarding, deployment, and ongoing operation, ensuring customers maximize value from Ibex technology.

You will collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales to drive customer success, manage health of accounts, and migrate customers along the lifecycle from go-live to expansion. This is a US-based remote role with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing technical role in Digital Pathology/Healthcare IT.
• Proven experience owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to growth.
• Strong English communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts end-to-end across technical and business dimensions.
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation including deployment, configuration, integrations, and coordination across teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization by understanding workflows and monitoring usage.
• Own account health, identify risks early, and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor system performance and product usage with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution with Support, Product, and R&D; ensure follow-through.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on system usage.
