Abacus Insights is seeking a remote Business Solution Manager to define and translate complex US healthcare data challenges into precise, testable requirements. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure business intent drives design.

In this role you will write and execute SQL to analyze data, lead discovery sessions, and serve as the central contact between clients and delivery teams, aligning expectations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the US healthcare domain, specifically with healthcare data.
• Direct experience working with or for a US health plan, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather business context and translate use cases into clear requirements.
• Write and execute SQL to analyze data, ensuring hands-on data work throughout the requirements and design process.
• Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on business intent and design drivers.
