Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a Program Advisor to guide US learners from initial conversation to enrollment. You will lead outbound outreach, qualify leads, tailor program recommendations, and maintain CRM records while aiming to meet monthly targets.

The role requires strong English communication, comfort with remote work, and the ability to work US-aligned hours including early Monday shifts. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales/tele-sales, ideally selling to US customers.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfort with outbound calling and target-driven work.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Self-motivated, remote-work ready.
• Available for US-aligned hours, including early Monday shift.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales cycle
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right program
• Answer queries, send info, and demo product features
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and customers
• Stay updated on offerings and the competitive landscape
• Upsell relevant products/services
• Research and qualify new leads
• Close sales and hit monthly targets
