Job summary

SnapSoft, a leading AWS Premier Tier Partner, is seeking one of its first US-based Project Managers to establish and scale delivery in North America. You will work with our European PMO and help shape how project delivery operates in the US as we expand.

As a key member of the US PMO, you will manage end-to-end projects including AWS Cloud Migration, GenAI, and Application Development, collaborating with teams across the US, Europe, and LATAM to set governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in fast-paced digital environments.
• 3+ years managing software projects with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of PM principles and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Miro, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including executive level.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle across NORAM and EMEA regions.
• Develop plans, timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage resources to meet deliverables and profitability.
• Engage stakeholders with clear, regular updates.
• Facilitate delivery methodology and governance with teams.
• Develop and mentor project teams for growth and collaboration.
• Use data to analyze performance and drive decisions.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements for the US PMO and delivery excellence.
• Support executive-level engagements and strategic customer workshops.
