Partner Company is seeking a U.S. People Operations Specialist based in South Africa to support the full employee lifecycle for a U.S.-based organization.

You will work remotely with an international team, ensuring accurate records in Rippling, onboarding new hires, and maintaining HR workflows. Expect collaboration with HR and leadership, plus opportunities to leverage AI tools for automation and learning material development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least two years of HR operations experience for a US-based company.
• Experience with monday.com and Rippling HRIS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes is a plus.
• Ability to create clear SOPs, workflow guides, and training materials.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and automation.
• Ability to work remotely with overlapping PT hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR operations and onboarding: Support new employees throughout onboarding and ensure access to systems and successful adaptation in first week.
• Maintain HR compliance: Assist with documentation, audits, training, policy acknowledgements and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate employee records: Update records in Rippling and HRIS.
• Support recruitment and talent acquisition: Sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: Keep managers informed, conduct background/reference checks, participate in interviews.
• Develop training and learning resources: Update onboarding materials and curricula.
• Create process documentation: SOPs, workflow maps, guides, knowledge checks.
• Monitor training completion: Track assessments and knowledge checks.
• Improve HR workflows through automation: Identify automation opportunities with AI tools.
• Maintain operational platforms: Configure and maintain monday.com workflows and internal systems.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership: Proactive communication and issue flagging.
