Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Experience with routing, switching, network segmentation, and secure connectivity technologies.
• Experience with network access control, identity-aware networking, and enterprise security platforms.
• Experience supporting firewall technologies, VPN solutions, and secure remote access services.
• Experience with load balancing and application delivery technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud networking and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments including Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with structured IT operational environments and service management.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration standards, and operational records.
• Administer and support enterprise network security technologies, including firewalls, VPN services, and secure remote-access solutions.
• Maintain network segmentation, access control, and secure connectivity frameworks.
• Support vulnerability remediation and implementation of network security controls.
• Ensure network services comply with organizational security standards and governance requirements.
• Monitor network health, availability, performance, and capacity using established tools.
• Diagnose and resolve complex networking and infrastructure incidents.
• Participate in major incident investigations and root-cause analysis activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
