• 3+ years managing technical teams with performance conversations.
• Experience leading a customer-facing team and handling escalations.
• Strong ML knowledge: LLM architectures, fine-tuning, inference internals.
• Ability to review benchmarks and code paths critically.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US regional Solutions Architecture team and set growth plans.
• Own PoC delivery, benchmark, and post-sales technical engagement.
• Maintain team runbooks, documentation, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate across development, research, pre-sales, and account teams.
