Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manager for US Field Inventory Commercial Quality to join the DePuy Synthes Quality organization. This remote role covers the United States, with locations provided as references for context.

You will lead quality programs across field inventory and loaner activities, guiding cross-functional teams to timely issue resolution. The role requires 6–8 years in a matrixed setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong auditing, project management, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage critical audits.
• Ability to lead through change with strong project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality compliance for US Depuy Synthes Commercial Quality region.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Franchise Quality to drive issue resolution.
• Liaise with microbiological, sterility, and quality partners.
• Create, review, and approve assessment plans, risk reports, CAPAs, audits.
• Support global/local procedures, assess overall compliance risk.
• Serve as Quality representative on project teams and manage staff.
