Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Quality organization seeks a Manager, US Field Inventory Commercial Quality to oversee last mile field inventory and loaner programs across the United States. This remote role may be located anywhere in the United States.

You will partner with Commercial Operations, Franchise Quality and 3PLs, drive audits, CAPAs, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with ICQA and QAA across field locations.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage critical audits.
• Ability to lead change and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to ICQA and QAA across US Depuy Synthes Commercial Quality region.
• Oversee field inventory and loaner program quality & compliance matters; liaise with franchises and 3PL partners.
• Create, review, and approve assessment plans, risk reports, non-conformances, CAPA actions, audits and related documentation.
• Provide leadership in project teams and escalate issues per policy; report regional metrics.
