Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Raynham, MA is seeking a Technology Manager, Quality Systems, Analyst to lead the quality technology portfolio within DePuy Synthes. You will manage a team, own the product roadmap, and coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Technology stakeholders.

You will drive validated, compliant platforms for complaint handling, CAPA, nonconformance, document management, training, and audit management, while advancing analytics and automation in a regulated MedTech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related.
• 8 years’ experience in enterprise quality systems or regulated apps in manufacturing/MedTech.
• 2+ years leading teams with performance management and talent development.
• Experience with quality systems (CAPA, complaint handling, document control) and GxP.
• Strong ability to define product roadmaps and backlogs for regulated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans to achieve quality systems goals and communicates to managers and staff.
• Owns the product roadmap for enterprise quality systems and aligns with Quality strategy.
• Prioritizes backlog across quality platforms with cross‑functional input.
• Leads design with users, regulated processes, and platform technology in mind.
• Oversees validation, change control, training records, and audit management.
• Delivers analytics and dashboards for quality leadership visibility.
• Ensures changes meet GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
• Integrates quality systems with ERP (SAP), PLM, and manufacturing systems.
• Drives automation/AI opportunities with appropriate validation controls.
• Manages vendor relationships and SLAs; supports regulatory inspections.
