ABB Motion seeks an experienced in-house senior counsel to lead Legal & Integrity for U.S. operations. You will advise the Country Holding Officer and senior management on governance, compliance, and strategic legal matters, including regulatory filings and licensing.

The role oversees investigations, data privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-entity contracts. Remote work is available, with strong collaboration across global Legal & Integrity teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in multinational manufacturing or top-tier firms.
• Proven ability to manage fiduciary responsibilities and corporate governance within a decentralized organization.
• Strong business-focused legal judgment with experience in risk mitigation and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end accountability for Legal & Integrity fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and regulatory filings for U.S. entities.
• Advise the U.S. Country Holding Officer and senior management on governance, compliance, risk, and strategic legal matters (M&A, license to operate).
• Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory certifications.
• Provide counsel on contracts, commercial agreements, and cross-entity legal matters; supervise paralegal staff and collaborate with global centers of excellence.
