Qualifications

• Must be currently based in the United States.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, retailing, account management, or business development
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience handling US clients or US market accounts preferred
• Ability to negotiate pricing and business agreements professionally
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective business clients across various industries
• Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships
• Present and promote company products or services to business customers
• Handle inbound and outbound sales communications via phone, email, and video meetings
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing agreements
• Process orders and coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and ongoing business opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
