Intuitive is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative for Miami/Ft Lauderdale to drive accelerated growth in URO and GYN in key markets. The role partners with local sales leadership to identify strategic accounts and train surgeons toward autonomy within the ISI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key strategic markets.
• Train net new Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice including SP for Urologic Procedures.
• Build a robust data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Partner with sales leadership for market development activities.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
• Collaborate with academic marketing and sales to enhance resident education.
• Develop a training pipeline by vetting Uro/Gyn surgeon candidates for geography.
