Job summary

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise to provide care across ages in urgent care or primary care settings. You will maintain accurate records, collaborate with provider and support teams, and bring at least 3 years post-residency experience.

Modified Full-Time: 32hrs/wk min - $180,000/yr on average with guaranteed base + equity + benefits. Productivity incentives apply; interview process details will be discussed.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with post-residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care.
• 3+ years post residency experience in fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-appropriate history and virtual examinations, evaluate, diagnose, recommend treatment plan and document findings.
• Deliver high quality patient care while maintaining safety.
• Document medical information and review patient history at each visit.
• Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate.
• Counsel and educate patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Evaluate, triage and manage pediatric and adult patients for acute care with chronic disease and mental health considerations.
• Maintain knowledge of current medical research and trends.
• Provide administrative support or cross-coverage for reviewing laboratory test results.
• Scheduling flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
