Job summary

Namely is seeking a board-certified physician to provide urgent and primary care for patients of all ages. You will document patient records, collaborate with the care team, and maintain high quality care across a broad range of conditions. 3+ years post-residency experience in a high-volume setting is required.

Role reports to the Medical Director of Urgent Care and requires evening and weekend scheduling. Interstate licensure eligibility and a valid U.S. license are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency.
• 3+ years post-residency experience in urgent care or primary care.
• Active ABMS or AOA board certification in Family Medicine or dual board in Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Eligible for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).

Responsibilities

• Perform age-appropriate history and virtual exams, diagnose and document findings.
• Deliver high-quality care while maintaining safety.
• Document medical information and review patient history at each visit.
• Refer to specialists when appropriate and coordinate care.
• Counsel and educate patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Manage pediatric and adult patients, including chronic disease and mental health.
• Stay updated on current medical research and trends.
• Provide admin support or cross-coverage for lab results.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends.
