Job summary

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise to improve access to care across ages. You will provide high-quality urgent or primary care, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with provider and support teams.

This 32-hour-per-week role offers a guaranteed base plus equity and benefits. Evening and weekend shifts are required, and telemedicine experience is a plus. Residency in Family/IM/EM and active board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise.
• Licensed to practice in at least one state; IMLCC eligible.
• Experience in high-volume urgent care or primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate history, exams and care plans; document findings.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring safety.
• Document patient information and review history at each visit.
• Refer or consult with other providers when needed.
• Counsel and educate patients; order/interpret tests as required.
• Manage pediatric and adult acute/chronic conditions; mental health as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of medical research and practices.
• Support administrative tasks and cross-coverage for labs.
• Work shifts including evenings and weekends.
