Job summary

Fabric is seeking a Virtual Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-acuity care at a national scale in a remote, tech-enabled setting. You will lead clinical decisions during high-volume encounters, document thoroughly, and use our platform to evaluate patients, order tests, and determine disposition.

Candidates must hold an active U.S. NP license, 5+ years in emergency medicine or virtual urgent care, and multi-state licensure (30 states).

Qualifications

• NP with an active and unrestricted license to practice in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine or virtual urgent care.
• Active licensure in 30 U.S. states, including at least two of Georgia, Texas, New York, DC, or Florida.

Responsibilities

• Virtual Care Delivery: Conduct virtual urgent care visits for acute conditions.
• Clinical Decisioning: Review pre-populated summaries and apply clinical judgment.
• Workflow Mastery: Use the proprietary platform to evaluate patients, order tests, and determine disposition.
• Meticulous Documentation: Document encounters thoroughly in the electronic platform.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with nursing staff, care coordinators, pharmacy, and clinical operations.
• Quality & Compliance: Adhere to licensing and telemedicine regulations.
