Job summary

Fabric is re-architecting urgent care through a remote, tech-enabled model. As a Virtual Urgent Care Practitioner, you will lead high-volume visits, make decisive clinical calls, and focus on the management plan with minimal data-entry burden.

You will work in a national, remote setting, requiring 30+ state licensure and rotating night/weekend schedules while collaborating with care teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Active US medical license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine or virtual urgent care.
• Active licensure in 30+ states, incl. two of GA, TX, NY, DC, or FL.
• Proficiency navigating telemedicine platforms and managing remote interactions.
• Ability to work a rotating night/weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical decision-making in a high-volume virtual environment.
• Review pre-populated summaries and apply clinical judgment to plans.
• Order/interpret tests and determine disposition.
• Document encounters thoroughly in the electronic platform.
• Coordinate with nursing, care coordinators, pharmacy, and operations.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and telemedicine regulations.
