Job summary

Joinkeywork is seeking a Persian/Farsi QA Lead for an hourly, remote contractor role. You will oversee quality across Persian AI training projects, review AI-generated content, and provide precise feedback to trainers and QAs.

Strong Persian/Farsi and English skills, plus attention to detail, are essential. You will implement style guides, onboarding materials, and rubrics, while coordinating with remote teams via Discord and Google Docs.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Persian/Farsi with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English to follow guidelines and provide clear feedback in English.
• 3+ years in Persian/Farsi writing, editing, translation, localization, or QA.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers or QAs is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, and rubric-based QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring of Persian/Farsi items and feedback to teams.
• Communicate updates to trainers and QAs via Discord and trackers.
• Respond to questions on Persian/Farsi wording, tone, and cultural context.
• Activate inactive contributors and manage follow-ups.
• Create and maintain Persian/Farsi project documentation and rubrics.
• Onboard and train new trainers and QAs on expectations and workflows.
• Ensure consistent language guidelines across projects and updates.
• Identify quality gaps and propose scalable QA improvements.
