Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a UI Engineering Lead to implement responsive UI systems in Unreal Engine and guide a cross‑discipline team. You will help translate the UX vision into production UI across menus, HUDs, and localization workflows.

You will own UI tooling, mentor engineers, and collaborate with designers and gameplay teams to craft engaging player experiences. This is a remote‑friendly role with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Write, debug, and maintain C++ UI code in Unreal Engine.
• Lead engineers within the UI subdiscipline with mentorship.
• Provide technical UXUI guidance across gameplay disciplines.
• Collaborate daily with a cross‑discipline team to create new player experiences.

Responsibilities

• With minimal oversight, build and maintain production‑quality UI systems, workflows, and tools in C++ on Unreal 5
• Directly hire, manage and lead engineers in the UI subdiscipline
• Provide technical guidance in UXUI systems across teams
• Collaborate daily with a cross‑discipline team to build new player experiences
