Job summary

Risepoint is seeking an University Outreach Specialist to expand access to online healthcare degree programs. You will market UT Arlington online programs to hospitals, colleges, and facilities, building partnerships and driving enrollment across Texas.

The role is remote with heavy travel (Min 75%), requiring residency in the Austin/San Antonio metro area or nearby and regional coordination with UT Arlington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years in sales, field sales, or healthcare-related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proven organizational and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Market online healthcare degree programs to hospitals, community colleges, and facilities in Austin/San Antonio and statewide.
• Develop and manage a territory to increase brand awareness and enrollment.
• Achieve monthly lead goals by coordinating recruitment events.
• Attend conferences to network and generate leads.
• Meet with healthcare professionals to establish partnerships and recruit students.
