Job summary

Risepoint seeks a University Outreach Specialist to expand access to affordable, career-focused education by building relationships within hospitals, community colleges, and universities across Texas.

You will represent UT Arlington in online healthcare programs, manage a large geographic territory, and travel up to 75% to recruit students and host information sessions for prospective learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2 years of sales, field sales experience or healthcare industry related experience.
• Operational excellence and strong organizational/time management skills; healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs.
• Results oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to manage a large geographic area.
• Must reside in the greater Austin or San Antonio, Texas metro area.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (min 75%).
• Remote role with extensive travel across Austin and San Antonio in partnership with University of Texas at Arlington (UTA).

Responsibilities

• Market online healthcare degree programs offered by UT Arlington to hospitals and healthcare facilities across San Antonio and Austin.
• Develop and manage a territory to increase brand awareness and interest throughout the state.
• Achieve monthly lead goals by organizing and facilitating recruiting events each month.
• Attend regional/state conferences to network, generate leads, and establish new relationships.
• Meet with healthcare professionals and hospital leaders to establish partnerships and recruit sessions.
• Introduce and roll out marketing campaigns and establish new partnerships to expand the territory.
• Utilize social media to expand recruiting efforts and promote program offerings.
• Expand knowledge of regional/national workforce trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Attend conferences and recruitment events to promote program information.
