Job summary

illumifin Corporation seeks a Supervisor, Quality & Training to oversee clinical quality and standards in LTCG’s case underwriting area. You will perform audits, provide feedback, and partner with leadership on performance and training needs.

You will help with case consultations, criteria manual reviews, and updating LTCAS/CLTCAS tools. Remote work is supported; prior senior underwriting experience in long-term care is essential.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance review of underwriters within written guidelines.
• Knowledge of client protocols and processes to evaluate performance.
• Minimum 5 years senior underwriting experience.
• Customer-focused for internal and external clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular underwriting decision quality audits for all clients and internal audits.
• Provide written feedback to underwriters and leadership during appraisals.
• Produce quality audit summaries and report to clients as required by contract.
• Identify training needs and develop teaching materials.
• Assist with case consultations and updates to criteria manuals.
