PolicyMe is a Toronto-based digital insurance startup seeking a detail-oriented underwriting coordinator to manage a caseload through underwriting, coordinate medical exam bookings, and handle policy changes. This role supports client communications and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or call center roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with multiple systems and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of in-progress applications through underwriting.
• Coordinate medical exam bookings, track underwriting requirements, and handle client communications.
• Process policy changes, track missed payments, and maintain accurate records for weekly reporting.
