This role emphasizes managing pricing, contracting, and underwriting processes to meet the company’s risk and profitability goals while collaborating with sales and account teams to provide data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or 4 years of work experience.
• 5 years of underwriting, regulatory, or health insurance consulting experience.
• Previous underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy management monitoring reports for tracking financial and membership positions and contract and fulfillment production.
• Manage underwriting, pricing, and/or contracting activities to ensure rates and policy provisions meet risks and objectives.
• Manage underwriting processes to meet or exceed turnaround goals and objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality underwriting teams and manage performance appraisal.
