You will assist underwriters, manage policy documentation, and process changes while liaising with brokers and internal teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of underwriting support, insurance administration, or related experience.
• Familiarity with insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and rating procedures preferred.
• Experience with data entry and documentation within insurance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters with data collection, policy documentation, and file maintenance.
• Review and verify policy forms, applications, and endorsements for completeness and accuracy.
• Process and issue policy changes, cancellations, and renewals per procedures.
• Communicate with brokers, agents, and internal departments to resolve inquiries.
• Perform rating and premium calculations using underwriting guidelines and systems.
• Compile underwriting data for reporting, analysis, and audits.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate complex issues to underwriting staff.
