Job summary

the company Group is seeking an Associate Director of Connectivity to own the technical and commercial relationship between our platform and reservation systems used by supplier partners. • 10+ years in technical leadership, connectivity strategy, or product engineering.
• Proven track record of building C-suite partnerships with Restech and suppliers.
• Experience delivering API strategies and scaling connectivity platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Connectivity strategy aligned to our technical direction.
• Build and maintain C-suite level relationships with Restech and supplier partners.
• Stay hands-on with API design, integration architecture, and connectivity issues.
• Lead and mentor a global engineering team, scaling from growth to transformation.
• Partner with Product to shape the connectivity roadmap and product alignment.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and encourage technical creativity.
• Own escalation and resolution of complex operational issues at scale.
• Oversee configuration, monitoring and testing of supplier integrations.
