Job summary

Leidos is seeking a UiPath Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation solutions for U.S. Coast Guard digital transformation. This role collaborates across stakeholders to translate mission needs into secure, scalable automation within the Coast Guard environment.

The position supports opportunity evaluation, pilots, backlogs, demos, and MVPs, and aligns with CG-TECH-TRT objectives. This is a remote opportunity in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in software development, automation, or related roles.
• 3+ years hands-on UiPath development.
• Experience with enterprise or federal environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain UiPath automations.
• Translate requirements into automation use cases and designs.
• Support automation pilots and production-ready solutions.
• Document designs, tests, and deployment materials.
• Report automation performance and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with DHS/USCG and security standards.
