Job summary
Ovation Healthcare is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build, test, and support automation solutions using UiPath across business processes. You will own end-to-end automation delivery for moderately complex workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
The role requires hands-on UiPath Studio development in production, knowledge of Orchestrator, and strong debugging, logging and exception handling skills.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in RPA/automation development.
- Strong experience with UiPath Studio in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator (jobs, assets, queues, triggers, releases).
- Proficiency in workflow design, selectors, variables, arguments, debugging, and structured exception handling.
- Experience building and supporting automations with logging, retry logic, and error recovery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs with limited supervision.
- Implement logging, exception handling, retry logic, and secure data handling in automations.
- Support production automations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and applying fixes.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and participate in code reviews.
