Job summary

Ovation Healthcare is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build, test, and support automation solutions using UiPath across business processes. You will own end-to-end automation delivery for moderately complex workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on UiPath Studio development in production, knowledge of Orchestrator, and strong debugging, logging and exception handling skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in RPA/automation development.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator (jobs, assets, queues, triggers, releases).
• Proficiency in workflow design, selectors, variables, arguments, debugging, and structured exception handling.

Typically, a candidate is hired in the lower to midpoint of the range; the top end of the range is reserved for candidates with extensive specialized experience and mastery within the role.
