Job summary

Ovation Healthcare in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support automation workflows with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. You will partner with business stakeholders, analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable automation and own end-to-end delivery for moderately complex projects.

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience in RPA/automation development.
Strong experience with UiPath Studio in a production environment.
Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator (jobs, assets, queues, triggers).
Proficiency in workflow design, selectors, variables, debugging, and structured exception handling.
Experience building and supporting automations with logging, retry logic, and error recovery.
Experience documenting technical solutions and supporting production processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy UiPath automation workflows.
Translate business requirements into technical workflow designs with limited supervision.
Build automations following established standards for logging, retry logic and auditability.
Monitor production automations, troubleshoot failures, and implement long-term fixes.
Collaborate with business users during testing/UAT and deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical runbooks and support notes.
