Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional web/UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio with published pages and conversion results.
- Proficiency with Figma and awareness of AI design tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to map designs to WordPress.
- Understanding of web analytics and optimization.
- Intermediate English or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging landing pages for campaigns with clear hierarchy and prominent CTAs.
- Develop and iterate within a single brand system (colors, fonts, logos).
- Create new design features aligning with Kadence block structure and coordinate with web developers.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and design peers to align messaging, design, and technical execution.
