Agile Fuel LLC is seeking a UI/UX Website Designer to join its global marketing team. The role collaborates with stakeholders and developers to deliver on-brand, user-centered digital experiences on WordPress using Kadence blocks and AI-assisted drafting.

Candidate should have 3+ years of web/UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, and WordPress. Excellent English communication and A/B testing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional web/UI/UX design experience with websites and landing pages.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste, layout structure, and typography with conversion results.
Proficient in Figma and AI-enhanced design tools; proficient with current LLMs for UI/UX tasks.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to translate designs into WordPress.
Understanding of web analytics and conversion optimization; able to iterate based on data.
Excellent English communication (intermediate or higher).
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilités

Design and layout of landing pages with clear hierarchy and prominent CTAs to maximize conversions.
AI-first drafting and iteration while maintaining a single brand system.
Create features compatible with Kadence block structure and collaborate with the web developer.
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing leadership and design peers to align messaging and execution.
