Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a UI/UX and Design Analyst to lead user-centered design, research, and collaboration across design and development teams. You will drive design sprints, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to deliver accessible, secure, and intuitive digital experiences for government-related systems.

The role emphasizes partnering with users, engineers, stakeholders, and design professionals, with a focus on translating complex requirements into clear, functional interfaces

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with strong portfolio.
• Experience in government sector, especially within DHS, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles; ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience with Agile and DevSecOps.
• Preferred: Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain such clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct design sprints, end-user research, usability testing, and reviews.
• Provide UI/UX design for client-server applications; wireframes and prototypes.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible designs.
• Develop workflows for web-based applications that are intuitive and effective.
• Create low- and high-fidelity mockups and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Develop long-term UI/UX visions and collaborate with developers and analysts.
• Mentor team members on UI/UX best practices.
