Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a UI/UX and Design Analyst to lead design sprints, user research, and the development of wireframes and prototypes for web-based and client-server applications.

You will bridge design and development, ensure accessibility and user-centric solutions, and contribute to mission-driven programs across federal and commercial clients. Remote-first within the U.S. with opportunities to grow in DevSecOps areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and UI/UX principles; ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevSecOps environments; DHS government experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design Sprints & User Research: plan and conduct design sprints, user research, usability testing, and reviews; translate data into design decisions.
• UI/UX Design: craft layouts for client-server apps, ensuring accessible, intuitive interfaces.
• Prototype Testing & Evaluation: test screen prototypes and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Workflow Design: develop intuitive workflows for web-based applications from concept to completion.
• Visual Communication: present concepts with low/high-fidelity mockups to stakeholders.
• Long-Term UI/UX Vision: align short- and long-term visions across products; collaborate with developers and analysts.
• Mentorship: may mentor team members on best practices in UI/UX.
