Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a UI/UX and Design Analyst to design intuitive interfaces and lead user research. This remote role is based in the United States, with preference for candidates in listed states. Work is performed within the U.S.

You will collaborate with users, engineers and stakeholders to run design sprints, create wireframes and prototypes, ensure accessibility and security standards, and contribute to mission‑driven federal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience with web-based and client-server apps.
• Experience in government sector, DHS experience desirable.
• Proficiency with design tools and prototyping.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design Sprints & User Research: Plan and conduct design sprints and user studies.
• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive layouts for client-server apps.
• Prototype Testing & Evaluation: Test prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
• Workflow Design: Craft intuitive workflows for web apps.
• Visual Communication: Present concepts with mockups and demos.
• Long-Term UI/UX Vision: Shape short and long-term UX directions.
• Mentorship: Guide junior team members on best practices.
