Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio.
- Experience with usability testing and user research.
- Design experience for government projects is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run design sprints including end-user research, usability testing, and design reviews.
- Analyze user data and translate insights into design decisions.
- Create intuitive, efficient, and accessible user experiences.
