Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in applications development, UI development and programming using .NET, C# and Oracle
• 4+ years of applications development and support experience with all phases of the Software Development LifeCycle
• Prior interChange MMIS experience is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
• Analyze, design, and write specs and requirements for development
• Evaluate existing systems; assist PM in tasks and collaborate with team
• Liaise with clients/management for technical consulting on complex projects
• Develop test plans and participate in QA reviews
• Join a development team and lead a small sub-team as needed
• Design system components and delegate tasks to team members
