Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a UI Developer (.NET C#/Oracle) to contribute to healthcare tech solutions for vulnerable populations. You will build and maintain web apps using C#, .NET, and Oracle while collaborating with teams across projects.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, design participation, testing, and code reviews. Remote work with occasional travel and strong SDLC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UI and applications development in .NET/C#/Oracle
• 4+ years of software development life cycle experience
• InterChange MMIS experience is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
• Analyze, design, and write specs and requirements for development
• Evaluate existing systems and coordinate with project manager and team
• Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting
• Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as reviews
• Lead a small sub-team of developers when needed
• Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members
