Job summary

Globaltize is seeking an energetic UGC Creator to star in our brand across social platforms. You will craft engaging on-camera content, ranging from short-form reels to longer educational videos, working closely with our marketing team to ideate, script, record, and publish.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English at C1/C2, comfortable with filming and editing, and passionate about informing a U.S. audience through authentic storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience creating UGC and on-camera content.
• English proficiency at C1 or C2 in writing and speaking.
• Experience with U.S.-based brands is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and on-screen performance.

Responsibilities

• Film short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts.
• Record longer-form YouTube videos with educational content and company insights.
• Collaborate with marketing for scripting, ideation, editing, and publishing.
• Present scripts and talking points naturally on camera.
• Brainstorm content ideas, trends, hooks, and engagement strategies.
• Host video interviews with clients, including testimonials or case studies.
• Participate in interviews, Q&A, and other on-camera content.
• Create educational content about international recruitment, remote work, and hiring.
• Support social media strategy with ideas and feedback.
