Job summary

OWT Global, LLC is seeking a UAS Airspace Integration System (UAIS) Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support operation and sustainment of UAS airspace management technology at DoW locations. Remote role with 50% travel within the United States and abroad, requiring coordination with government personnel, airspace managers, and UAS operators.

The ideal candidate has experience with UAS/C-UAS systems, the ability to learn new concepts quickly, and skills in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications

• Experience with UAS and/or Counter-UAS systems.
• Ability to learn new concepts and equipment.
• Experience with data analysis, data collection, and visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues in dynamic operational environments.
• Ability to work independently in on-site and field environments while coordinating effectively with government, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
• Requires ability to obtain and maintain base access/credentialing (security clearance requirements as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot UAIS systems.
• Coordinate with government personnel, airspace managers, UAS operators, and stakeholders to support safe flight operations.
• Support integration with air domain awareness and C-UAS systems as required.
• Provide technical reach-back support and interface with engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and update system documentation and logs.
• Deliver user training and assist in SOP development and refinement.
• Support site surveys, integration activities, testing, and sustainment at military installations.
• Collect and analyze system data to assess performance and inform recommendations.
• Communicate technical observations to engineering teams for actionable insights.
