Thales Group is seeking a UAS Account & Portfolio Director in North Dakota (Remote or Hybrid) to develop the market for unmanned aircraft systems and advanced air mobility integration into NAS. You will lead the UTM team, work with federal/state governments, and expand opportunities while managing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or aviation.
• 10+ years in aviation/UAS.
• 10+ years with state/local government.
• 5+ years leading projects/teams and representing Thales Group.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including international locations.

Responsibilities

• Define market strategies and strengthen Thales UTM/UAS portfolio.
• Build long-term pipeline, expand market share, and drive growth.
• Develop and execute account plans with the UTM team.
• Align stakeholders and coordinate account and sales teams to win opportunities.
• Direct bids and programs to deliver results and compliance.
• Serve as primary customer contact and drive strategic initiatives.
