Elpixel is seeking a Commercial Director to own the U.S. market from the ground up, reporting directly to the founder.

This remote-first role involves building the commercial engine, generating pipeline from zero, closing new logos, and developing strategic relationships in AI, CX, and BPO ecosystems. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing, manage enterprise negotiations, and operate with high autonomy in a fast-growing, early-stage environment while leveraging your existing U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in AI, CX, or related ecosystems.
• Experience selling complex B2B technology with long cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to open enterprise accounts from scratch.
• Comfort engaging with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the U.S. commercial strategy.
• Build pipeline from zero and manage the full sales cycle.
